Acrylic baths Akrilan® are made of high-quality castable sanitary acryl (polymethylmethacrylate) using a method of vacuum thermoformation.

Acrylic baths are made on a modern vertical forming machine. The sheet of acryle automatically reaches a formation zone after heating to formation temperature. Contacting with the bath form, driven by the vacuum, the sheet acquires a configuration corresponding to the form.

On the outer side of the received shape they fix the embedded parts, then the fiberglass constructive layer consisting of polyester , fibre glass and solidifying agent is applied by the evaporation method.

After drying of the fiberglass layer the bath acquires necessary constructive substantiality.

Acrylic baths are covered by fiberglass and they are fixed to the metal fabricated frame by the embedded parts.

The technology provides that the inner working surface of a bath is covered by the protective film protecting a surface from scratches during the process of making the bath.

Then the additional equipment: hydromassage and aeromassage systems, chromotherapy, illumination, an aromatherapy, etc is established on the acrylic bath.

Semifinished products pass through the multi-level monitoring system at each phase. Thereby, the goods by the trade mark Akrilan® have high quality and excellent consumer properties.
